At Emerald Park Medical & Psychotherapy, we believe in transparency and accessibility. Below you’ll find a clear overview of our session fees, payment options, and insurance information to help you plan your care with confidence.

Session rates vary depending on the therapist’s credentials and specialization. Sliding scale options may be available upon request. You can view each therapist’s pricing directly when booking an appointment through our online system.

All psychiatric consultations and services are provided by referral only. Coverage and fees are handled through the referral process, ensuring your care is fully coordinated with your healthcare provider.

We accept:

• Credit / Debit Cards
• Cash
• Direct payment through our secure online booking system

Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP, but many extended health insurance plans offer full or partial reimbursement.
Coverage may be listed under:

• Registered Psychotherapist (RP)
• Registered Social Worker (RSW)
• Psychologist

After each session, you’ll receive a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
