I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals, couples, and children navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, identity transitions, and relational challenges. My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
In addition to talk therapy, I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support clients in processing painful memories, distressing experiences, and emotional stuckness — especially related to trauma and nervous system overwhelm.
My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic awareness to help clients access deeper emotional clarity, safety, and self-trust.
I have experience working with immigrants, families, survivors of trauma, and individuals exploring cross-cultural and intergenerational identity. I offer therapy in both English and Farsi.
